join the Bouygues Telecom General Management Committee as General Secretary and Transformation Director respectively

Liza Bellulo, 43, a graduate of IEP Paris and Essec Business School, is a former student of ENA. In 2009, she joined the Autorité de la concurrence to serve as a Europe adviser, then head of the chairman’s department. In 2014, she was appointed head of the legal service of the General Secretariat for European Affairs in Matignon. Since 2017, she was master of petitions at the Council of State.

Marie Saladin, 44, graduated from ESCP Business School, started at Bain & Company. In 2012, she was elected partner and affiliated to the technology, media and telecom division. Since 2019, she has been director of programs (development of new non-banking businesses) within the BPCE group.

SOLVAY

Yan Beynon

is appointed “chief digital officer” (CDO or general manager of digital).

A graduate of IMD Business School, HEIG-VD and the Saint-Imier engineering school (Switzerland), Yan Beynon, 49, led the digital strategy of Siemens Healthineers. Previously, he led the digital transformation of the Nokia group. During his 10 years at Roche, he held several positions, first in IT and then globally as Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Officer.

OPEL France

Igor Dumas

becomes general manager

A graduate of Edhec Business School, Igor Dumas, 47, was first commercial director of the Fiat group in 2009. Two years later, he joined the PSA group in Latin America, where he was in charge of the retail professions. , followed by commercial operations in the region. Since 2016, he has combined the functions of Managing Director of Peugeot Mexico and Director of the Panamericana zone.

HEC Paris

Eloïc Peyrache

is appointed general manager and “dean”.

Aged 45, he graduated from the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Paris-Saclay, agrégé in economics, holds a Masters in Mathematical Economics and Econometrics from the Toulouse School of Economics (TSE) and a doctorate of Economy. A professor at HEC Paris since 2003 and formerly director of pre-experience programs then executive director in charge of programs, he was – since October 12, 2020 – the interim general management of HEC Paris following the resignation of Peter Todd.

ESCP BUSINESS SCHOOL

Andreas Kaplan

takes over the management of the Paris campus until the end of 2021.

With a BSc from Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München, a Masters in Public Administration from ENA and an MSc from ESCP Business School, Andreas Kaplan holds a PhD in Marketing from University of Cologne, in cooperation with HEC Paris, a visiting PhD from Insead, as well as an HDR from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne. He began his career as a researcher at the Universität zu Köln, before teaching marketing at Essec Business School and being a lecturer at Sciences Po Paris. In 2008, he joined ESCP as a professor of marketing and communication.
