The new information comes from the trustworthy yet cryptic rumor teaser @ l0vetodream. In recent times, he has frequently posted cryptic tweets, which in retrospect revealed new products and functions from Apple. How that person got the information is unclear, but it is clear that the account has collected the correct source or sources around it. In a few new tweets he is cryptic again, although it is not difficult to decipher the tweets.

The second tweet reveals the point of the first tweet: a big and a small one AirTag (recognizable by the lowercase and capital letters). We don’t know why the account is so secretive. But at least it seems that we can expect two sizes of the AirTag soon.
Other manufacturers of such trackers often have several models. Tile has various variants, one of which, for example, has a greater range and is a bit firmer. We do not yet know whether Apple is planning such a thing. In any case, it looks like the AirTag is a round accessory with an Apple logo on one side. It is not yet entirely clear how to attach it to a key ring, for example.
