Apple officially announced the cheap iPhone SE SE, the second generation, at a price of 399, with its basic specifications, with an internal storage of 64 GB.
The new iPhone design is compatible with previous leaks that talked about its similarity with the iPhone 8 with relatively large top and bottom edges with a front interface containing the Home button integrated with Touch ID technology and 4.7-inch IPS LCD Retina screen.
The new iPhone SE comes with a 12-megapixel monochrome rear camera equipped with flash, which performs well due to the iPhone’s support with the A13 Bionic processor, which improves the camera performance as we have seen before in the iPhone 11 versions. SE also has a 7-megapixel front camera.
At the level of options for internal storage memory in the iPhone supports memory up to 256 GB, which means the price is higher than $ 400 in the event of choosing the largest memory.
The handset supports WiFi 6 and Gigabit LTE technology, two SIM cards and eSIM with the second-generation Touch ID support, as well as support for wireless charging technology and fast 18-watt charging and supported by water and dust resistance standard IP67.
Price and market availability
The company will open the pre-order door for the new iPhone, which comes in red, white and black, starting next Friday, April 17.
While it will be launched in the market on April 24, the basic version will be 64 GB memory at $ 400 and 128 GB version at $ 449 while the largest storage capacity is 256 GB at a price of $ 549, while buyers will receive a free year of subscription to Apple TV.
