Jakarta (ANTARA) – Apple Inc is reportedly working on an iPad Pro with wireless charging and a redesigned iPad Mini.
Reuters, citing Bloomberg news on Friday, reported that the new iPad Mini will be launched this year, while the iPad Pro will be launched in 2022.
Apple will eliminate the home button on the iPad Mini and narrow the bezels on the device.
As for the iPad Pro, the tablet body is made of glass on the back to support wireless charging. Apple is also said to want to embed the reverse charging feature, or use the tablet as a charger like a power bank.
This design for the iPad Pro is tentative, it is still possible to change or even cancel until the official launch next year.
iPad is expected to be one of Apple’s hopes to increase sales of gadgets, tablets are one of the sought after devices during the corona virus pandemic.
