According to information to The Wall Street Journal, via The Verge, Apple will be exploring new health features for its Airpods.
Among these are Airpods that can measure the wearer’s body temperature, analyze their posture and improve their hearing. It is unclear if the latter is a feature that differs from Airpod’s existing conversation boost.
According to The Wall Street Journal, the new features are not expected to appear next year and may never be available to consumers.
It is worth mentioning that it is also very difficult to add health monitoring functions to products because they must first go through a demanding quality control.
