Apple forced to change cases with built-in battery

Apple is launching a free replacement program for iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR integrated battery cases. Charging issues have been reported on the Smart Battery Cases of all three models.

After receiving numerous reports from users, the apple brand has therefore decided to deploy a free shell replacement program.

The cases of the models mentioned above, all colors combined, are indeed subject to dysfunctions. Some do not recharge well, or sometimes do not recharge at all. Others do not charge the iPhone or only intermittently, Apple says. The Cupertino company specifies that the defective batteries do not present no security risk. It is a simple manufacturing defect and keeping the shells is not dangerous.
