Apple admits a problem with the “iPhone 14 Pro”. Get to know it

Apple finally admitted that there was a problem that some users of the iPhone 14 Pro phones faced about a month ago, confirming that it is currently working to solve the problem.

And the American company acknowledged, in a new note, that users of the “iPhone 14 Pro” may see flashing horizontal lines on their screens when the device is turned on.

Flashing horizontal lines on the iPhone 14 Pro screen

Reports, which I wrote about “Today” several weeks ago, stated that some of the “iPhone 14 Pro” customers saw green and yellow horizontal lines flashing on the screen of their phones when they were turned on, and Apple did not comment at the time on the problem, by acknowledgment or denial.

But in the new note, Apple acknowledged the problem, and reduced concerns that the problem was caused by a hardware defect, confirming that it is under investigation and an iOS update will be issued to address it soon.

The note, which was seen by “McRamers”, said that customers of the “iPhone 14 Pro” reported that when they turn on or unlock their phones, they see for a short time horizontal lines flashing across the screen.

She added that Apple is aware of the problem and a software update will be released soon that will solve the problem.

iOS 16.2.1 possible version to solve the problem of “iPhone 14 Pro”

iOS 16.3 is currently in testing with developers and members of the public beta program, but this update is not expected to be released for at least several more weeks.

And Apple can release iOS 16.2.1, after the release of iOS 16.2 last month, to address these and other errors that users encounter.
