Well-known and recognized company, is looking for its Antilles Marketing Manager
-Develop the planning and implement marketing actions in connection with the commercial strategy and more generally the Group strategy
-Manages the allocated marketing budget in close collaboration with its Management
-Buy and manage orders for promotional items and furniture by supporting commercial dynamism in points of sale
-Participate, create and feed various digital content (social networks, website, CRM terminals, partner e-shops)
-Coordinates all external communications (customer catalogs, advertisements, press, direct mail to customers, etc.)
-Build and format sales support materials (POS, brochures, training pitches, product sheets, videos, etc.)
-Participate in the development of all external events while respecting the brand’s image
-Participate in the development of all internal events and help animate meetings by creating presentations
-Ensures compliance with merchandising and our point-of-sale schedules during locations and / or customer visits
-Coordinates the various suppliers and does not hesitate to audit on the 2 islands (Guadeloupe & Martinique)
-Is interested in products and the universe to better highlight them in all the tools that will be developed
– Is largely inspired by Group marketing and other subsidiaries, by participating in training sessions, webinars, meetings
-Respects Group guidelines and procedures
-Ensures regular reporting to his hierarchy
– Bac +4 (minimum) in marketing and / or business development, at least 2 years of experience in a similar position is required
Knowledge of the obligatory office pack (ppt, word and xls)
Knowledge of graphic design will be a real plus for independent creations
Knowledge of various software would be appreciated (video, formatting, etc.).
Undeniable fluency both orally and in writing
Force of proposals, you will be able to impose your point of view when necessary
Extrovert / bon.ne communicant.e: your interpersonal skills with different audiences are well established
