Antam’s Gold Price Increases Again Rp 5,000 to Rp 991,000 Per Gram All

JAKARTAKOMPAS.com – Gold price PT Aneka Tambang Tbk or Antam’s bars were observed to increase again by Rp 5,000 per gram today, Friday (18/3/2022). Yesterday gold Antam for the first time, it rose Rp. 2,000 per gram since it continued to fall at the end of last week.

By this weekend, gold price Antam was also priced at Rp. 991,000 per gram from the previous day, which was Rp. 986,000 per gram.

The increase in Antam’s gold price was also followed by the buyback price which increased by Rp. 6,000 per gram, to Rp. 894,000 per gram from the previous Rp. 888,000 per gram. Buyback is the price that can be obtained if Antam’s gold holder wants to sell the gold bullion.

However, it should be noted that Antam’s gold price movements are those that apply at Antam’s Pulogadung office, Jakartaso the price could be different at other Antam gold sales outlets.

Based on the Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 34/PMK.10/2017, it is regulated that the purchase of gold bullion will be subject to PPh 22 of 0.9 percent.

If you want to get a lower tax discount of 0.45 percent, then include your Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) every time you make a transaction. Every purchase of gold bullion will be accompanied by proof of withholding PPh 22.

As for the buyback, based on PMK No. 34/PMK.10/2017, the resale of gold bullion to Antam with a value of more than Rp. 10 million, will be subject to PPh 22 of 1.5 percent for NPWP holders and 3 percent for non-NPWP.

For information, the buyback price set by Antam does not include tax if sales exceed Rp 10 million. PPh 22 on buyback transactions will be deducted directly from the total buyback value.
