In accordance with the Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 34/PMK.10/2017, it is regulated that the purchase of gold bullion is subject to PPh 22 of 0.9 percent.
If you want to get a lower tax discount of 0.45 percent, then include your Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) every time you make a transaction. Every purchase of gold bullion will be accompanied by proof of withholding PPh 22.
As for the buyback, based on PMK No. 34/PMK.10/2017, the resale of gold bullion to Antam with a value of more than Rp. 10 million, will be subject to PPh 22 of 1.5 percent for NPWP holders and 3 percent for non-NPWP.

For information, the buyback price set by Antam does not include tax if sales exceed Rp 10 million. PPh 22 on buyback transactions will be deducted directly from the total buyback value.
