Another great cooperation of Czech e-commerce. After Alza, Shoptet will also be able to sell its 21,000 e-shops to Malla

Domestic e-commerce marketplaces have been experiencing a boom recently. The biggest players, such as Alza or Mall, have already decided to open their platforms for traders or third-party manufacturers, for example from industry e-shops recently Zoot or Pill. As a result, smaller retailers gain the opportunity to sell their goods to a much larger circle of customers.

Newly, 21,000 e-shops running on the Shoptet platform, which joined forces with Mall, will be able to draw these benefits. With the new Mall Expando add-on, merchants can manage orders from Mill directly in their shop interface, gaining access to its millions of customers or e-commerce infrastructure, including transportation and a network of outlets.

“We bring another way to approximately 21,000 e-shops that use our solution to increase their sales. The accessory is suitable for all Shoptet users who, in addition to selling through their own channels, also want to reach new customer circles, even abroad. They can now easily synchronize orders with Mall and add or edit products in the future, ” says Miroslav Uďan, CEO of Shoptet.

Goods from the marketplace in Malla already make up more than four-fifths of the entire offer. Since the new cooperation, the e-shop promises to increase the comfort for its sales partners, as forty percent of its more than a thousand partner retailers already use solutions from Shoptet.

“We are very pleased to work with Shoptet, as large parts of our partners will facilitate the order processing process. Those who want to sell their goods through the Mall can easily manage their orders through our administration interface, but the new add-on is an option for them to easily solve everything in one place. ” describes Jakub Kováč, director of the Mall Partner program, stating that he would like to further integrate other e-shop interfaces for his partners.

Merchants should soon see other improvements that will allow them to create products or map categories of goods in the shop interface. So far, products can only be added to Mal directly through the Mall Partner administration interface, XML feeds or APIs.

The announcement of the connection of the Shoptet platform to the Mall comes a few months after the same collaboration introduced the domestic e-commerce leader Alza, where e-shops running on the Shoppt can be connected to its system using the Alza Expando add-on.

In both cases, the development of an add-on for connecting to e-commerce platforms is due to the four-year-old Czech startup Expando, which focuses on helping e-shops expand to foreign markets and marketplaces, such as those from Mallu or Alza, but also Amazon. This year the company targets turnovers at the level of 50 million crowns and plans to bring in over one billion crowns from abroad via Czech e-shops.
