Pertamina through PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Sub Holding Commercial & Trading PT Pertamina (Persero) made price adjustments for 2 special fuel products (BBK) which are non-subsidized fuels, namely Pertamax Turbo and Pertamina Dex. The new prices for these two products are effective from September 18, 2021.
PT Pertamina Patra Niaga SH C&T Corporate Secretary PT Pertamina (Persero), Putut Andriatno explained that this adjustment was carried out by following developments in the oil and gas industry.
“That’s right, the price has been adjusted only for Pertamax Turbo and Pertamina Dex, other products have not changed prices,” Putut said in a written statement, Sunday (19/9/2021).
For Pertamax Turbo (RON 98) the price which was originally IDR 9,850 was adjusted to IDR 12,300 per liter. Meanwhile, Pertamina Dex (CN 53) with an initial price of Rp 10,200 has now become Rp 11,150 per liter for areas with a 5% motor vehicle fuel tax (PBBKB).
“Despite adjustments, the prices of Pertamax Turbo and Pertamina Dex are still the most competitive when compared to equivalent products. This price adjustment is also in accordance with applicable regulations, even below the stipulated limit,” he explained.
Even so, Putut explained that his party still provides loyalty programs for loyal users of quality and environmentally friendly products. One of them is to save on the purchase of Pertamax Turbo and Dex Series of Rp. 300 per liter using the MyPertamina application until September 30, 2021.
“This is a form of socialization and continuous education to invite people to use better and more environmentally friendly fuel. As we know, with the right fuel, vehicle performance will be better, coupled with more efficiency and of course the emission impact is smaller for the environment,” he said.
