Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – A number of corporate entities that supply fuel oil (BBM) are compact in raising the price of fuel, especially diesel or diesel types. These commercial entities include PT Pertamina (Persero), Shell Indonesia and also BP – AKR at all petrol stations in Indonesia.
Pertamina has raised the price of diesel or diesel fuel starting November 1, 2022. Meanwhile, Dexlite has increased to 18,000 rupees per liter from the previous 17,800 rupees per liter. Meanwhile, the price of Pertamina Dex also increased by Rp 18,550. per liter compared to the previous 18,100 Rp. per liter.
Shell Indonesia has also raised the price of its diesel product, Shell V-Power Diesel fuel, to the current Rp 18,840 from the previous Rp 18,450 per liter.
Meanwhile, at the BP – AKR service station, as of November 3, 2022, the price of BP Diesel products also increased to Rp 18,380 per liter from the previous Rp 17,990 per liter.
Company secretary PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Irto Ginting said there are several reasons behind the company’s decision to raise the price of unsubsidized solar. One of these is due to the growing global demand for diesel fuel.
“The price adjustment for the Dex series is due to the high global demand for diesel fuel as a replacement for gas fuel,” said Irto.
