JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan said that the Formula E event some time ago was the best performance in the 8-year history of Formula E.
“In Formula E’s record, the Jakarta E Prix is the best in the eight-year history of Formula E,” said Anies.
In addition, the event has an economic impact.

“The Formula E activity yesterday also had a very significant economic impact. A study conducted by Indef showed the economic impact reached Rp 2.6 trillion. This is a fairly high number and contributed to increasing GDP (gross domestic product) growth in Jakarta by 0.1 percent,” said Anies.
Anies added that this success was not only due to the preparation of the event and the organizers were neat and professional, but also because of the enthusiasm of the community.
