Anglet’s municipal swimming pool, El Hogar, reopens from Wednesday June 24th according to a strict sanitary protocol. You will need to book the time slots by phone.

In order to comply with sanitary conditions, the number of bathers will be limited in the pool. The city offers swimming slots on reservation of a different duration depending on the practices. This time includes undressing, showering, time spent in the water and dressing:
- 1 hour for swimming lessons
- 1h30 for online swimmers
- 2 hours for swimmers – leisure.
The different niches
The swimming lessons Monday to Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. for a 30-minute session in the water.
The Sport swimming (swimming with water line) will take place from Monday to Friday, from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and on Saturday, from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. 4 water lines. 24 places per session with a duration of 1 hour in water.
For the leisure swimming – bathers, it will be accessible from Monday to Saturday, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday morning, from 9.45 a.m. to 11.45 a.m. 40 places per session for 1 hour in the water.
Health conditions
Wearing a mask will be compulsory until entering the cabin. Access to the pool will be through the cabins where it is requested to favor individual cabins. Wearing a hat will be compulsory.
Before entering the beaches of the basin a soaped shower is compulsory. A bin near the footbath will be used to disinfect personal equipment. The loan from the establishment will be reduced to safety equipment (belt, armband) and disinfected after use. All personal effects (bags, towels) are prohibited near the pool. The pool terrace will not be accessible. For information no hair dryer will be available.
The disinfection of individual cabins, showers and contact areas (door handles, benches in changing rooms, lockers, toilets, etc.) will be carried out when bathers are in the water.
For information, the validity of the subscriber card will be extended by three months (period of unavailability of the swimming pool).
