André Rouvoet, chairman of the GGD GHOR, states that the GGDs are ready to drastically increase the number of vaccinations. “The only limiting factor so far is the number of vaccines we receive.”

Amsterdam – The focus is on the 25 GGD regions in our country. That is where it has to be done, in the coming months: by the end of the second quarter, everyone who wants to have had at least one injection. Part through the general practitioner and healthcare institution, but most at the GGD. We cannot make it with the current vaccination rate. In short, much more vaccination needs to be done. André Rouvoet, chairman of GGD GHOR Nederland: “We are ready.”
