According to the GBC basic and detailed design proposal, a total of five facilities, including one 105-story tower, one lodging and business facility, and an exhibition, convention, and performance hall, will be built on the former KEPCO site (74,148m2) with the goal of completion in 2026. However, it is known that Hyundai Motor Company is currently considering changing the design for reasons such as investment effect and cost reduction, and is considering constructing two or three 70-story buildings instead of a new 105-story building.
