Reality Star Faces Online Threats
Ex-Big Brother contestant targeted with alarming messages and images.
Digital threats have resurfaced, impacting Argentine entertainment as Martina Pereyra, a former participant in Big Brother 2025, has become the target of alarming online harassment, including menacing messages and weapon imagery, intruding on her private life.
Details of the Threats
The ordeal commenced with a direct message from the account @misca_water, featuring a disturbing message: “We leave you a letter under the door of your apartment, that you enjoy it.”
It was accompanied by a gun photo, sourced online, but nonetheless unsettling.
The perpetrator also sent a photograph pinpointing a Buenos Aires bar, where Pereyra had recently dined with Santiago “Tato” Algorta, the winner of the latest season.

These messages revealed a disconcerting surveillance of her activities, alarming those close to her. The threats escalated, including the menacing phrase: “If I want we already make you voleta”
, along with personal accusations: “You have no codes, Martina. Remember the karma.”
Fandoms and Rivalries
The backdrop involves complex relationships within the Big Brother fandom. Various groups avidly follow interactions between participants, supporting pairings such as Martina and Luca Figurelli (Marluca), Martina and Tato Algorta (Martiago), and Tato with Luz Tito (Light).
It seems the threats originated outside these organized groups, from individuals disapproving of any connection between Martina and Tato. Pereyra has stated these fandoms are not responsible for the external hatred.

Pereyra’s Response
Shortly after, Martina addressed the situation on TikTok, urging restraint: “It is not for anyone to go to defend me or tell me that they have to take care of me, or to make someone guilty because I have fed a shippeo. No one is to blame and no fandom is to blame… As much as they are deranged people outside the fandoms, it is not the fandom.”
She acknowledged the emotional impact: “They tell me tro … and everything that is not bothers me, I am already heating. But nobody prepares you to talk to you about your life and hit you like this… It is difficult. At first it hurt a lot, it was wrong. Now a little snacks me, but yesterday was a bit strong.”

Fellow Reality Star Speaks Out
Luca Figurelli, another former Big Brother contestant and a friend of Martina, condemned the threats via X:
Que onda? Me levanto y mi gente bardea a los que quiero. Que les pasa a mi publico de portarse así, y menos que amenacen a gente que quiero. Portense piola, no sean boludos

Cyberstalking is on the rise; a recent study shows that 3.4 million adults are stalked each year in the United States (VictimConnect Resource Center).

Martina Pereyra, who balances accounting with modeling, had recently relocated to Buenos Aires. She remains active on social media, creating content about fashion and her daily life. The threats followed images she shared from a bar visit with Tato Algorta.
