The “Amber Alert” system has been activated about the disappearance of 12-year-old Alexander from Pernik, BNR reported.
All Facebook and Instagram users within range 200 kilometers from the place of his disappearance. The publication is also in English, with a photo of little Sashko and a link with information in Bulgarian.
Now, the so-called “Amber Alert” was triggered by GDBOP.
In 2018, Bulgaria was one of the first countries in the region and the 15th in the world to introduce the missing children notification system.
The system was created after a serious case of a child kidnapped in the United States in 1996, and on “Facebook” it was implemented in 2016.
Now it is being used for the first time in our country.
