Online retail giant Amazon announced Tuesday that it plans to hire about 100,000 temporary workers in the country amid demand for the holiday season. This year, consumers are shopping before Christmas due to the closure of shopping malls, dramatically increasing online orders.
More than 4,500 jobs are on offer in New York, Amazon announced. The company is looking for full and part time workers.
