The rear of the Ximo is lowered to ensure optimal protection. The edges of the helmet are finished with Edge Protect. Its air openings do not let the sun’s rays directly onto your head, but still offer sufficient ventilation. Due to its flat shape at the back of the head, it is also ideal for child seats and trailers. An optional Multi-Fit Light can be retrofitted for optimal visibility. The three-dimensional Run System Classic Slide adapts to the shape of the head.
Ceramic Shell
The name for the outer shell of all Inmold-made Alpina helmets. This thin and light material is extremely break and scratch resistant, UV stable and antistatic.
HI-EPS
The inner shell of every Alpina helmet is made of Hi-EPS (“High Expanded Polystyrene”). It consists of microscopically small air chambers, which optimally absorb the forces acting on an impact. Despite the optimal protective effect, HI-EPS ensures extra-thin walls and narrow helmet shapes.
