Green or red? The issue remains unresolved this morning. On which side, or rather what color, will the Allier department switch to the deconfinement map?
The Allier remains in orange this morning, according to the latest map published last night by the Directorate General of Health. Clearly, the virus circulates little locally, a green indicator on this point.

It is in fact the resuscitation capacities which are the problem, since they are calculated on a regional scale.

Claude Riboulet is the president of the Departmental Council, and has the hope that the Allier rocks on the right side
Final card expected for Thursday, so it will affect the deconfinement procedures, including the reopening of colleges, parks and gardens, from 11.
