The trial against the suspected fraudster Andreas Paschicke should continue on Thursday at the Recklinghausen district court. He is accused of looting the house of the late musician three years ago. Among other things, he took a classy sequin dress with him.
“I was entitled to do so, because I am the only first-degree relative. Andrea also wanted it that way,” said Paschicke, who has already been convicted of fraud in the relevant area, to “Bild”. But the singer’s nephew, arborist Sascha M., had received the certificate of inheritance.

Judge Gero Borowiak had DNA samples taken from both men in the courtroom in February. Because: If both really come from Heinrich Juergens, this can be clearly determined on the basis of the genetic material! The result should be announced on Thursday – but Paschicke had surprisingly called in sick.
Despite a certificate, Judge Borowiak had the impression that the defendant wanted to evade the trial and threatened to issue an arrest warrant. “In the meantime, everyone involved in the proceedings is familiar with the report. After that, it does not look like a legitimate inheritance. This proceeding is clearly in the direction of conviction,” said the chairman. The public prosecutor also let it be known that Paschicke could hardly expect a suspended sentence.
