The Norway vs Serbia duel took place at Ullevaal Stadion, Oslo, Friday (9/10/2020) in the morning WIB. This match only lasts a single match and the winners meet either Scotland or Israel.
Norway has a young, deadly striker, namely Haaland. Although he has only appeared four times in competitive competitions with the Norwegian national team, the 20-year-old striker is able to pack three goals and one assist.
Haaland is also famous at club level. Last season he scored 28 goals in 22 appearances for RB Salzburg and 16 goals in 18 games for Borussia Dortmund.
Ahead of the duel against Serbia, Haaland praised Kolarov from the Serbian side, the 34-year-old defender is considered a legend after many successes at Manchester City and previously with Lazio.
Kolarov also had a deadly left-footed shot. Not infrequently he is able to score goals from outside the penalty box or in an open play scheme. His crosses from the left are dangerous too.
“Serbia has great players, especially and Kolarov,” said Haaland as quoted by Football Italia.
“He is a football legend and he has a golden leg. I am sure he will play. Regardless of who will be on the pitch, we have to cause some problems,” Haaland insisted.
Kolarov is currently playing for Inter Milan after being signed off from AS Roma. He has made two full appearances and only sat on the bench against Lazio.
