After five years in Berlin, Alexander Gaied is returning to his hometown Vienna as the new COO of mjam.
the Mjam’s food ordering platform is stirring up its management team vigorously and has already filled some new posts. This also includes Alexander Gaied, who has been employed as COO since November. Born in Vienna, as Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for the management, control and organization of business processes and operational services at mjam in Austria.

The 31-year-old studied economics and supply chain management at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and graduated with a Master of Science degree in 2015. He then helped set up foodora Austria as Head of Operations and came to Berlin as Global Head of Fleet Operations & Recruiting for foodora. Most recently, Gaied worked at Just Eat Takeaway.com/Lieferando from July 2019 to November 2021, where he was most recently responsible for the Austrian market as Country Manager Logistics. After spending five years in Berlin, Gaied is now returning to his hometown to take on the operational management of mjam.
