Al-Ahly’s board of directors approved the first batch of the contribution to the costs of treatment of Moamen Zakaria, the former team player, during his meeting on Thursday, and he confirmed that he had not and will not give up standing next to the player.
Al-Ahly said in his statement that he published on the club’s official website that: “In his meeting held this Thursday at the club’s headquarters in Al-Jazeera, he decided to approve the disbursement of an amount of 600,000 pounds as an initial financial payment, to contribute to the costs of treating a believer in Zakaria.”
The club explained that: “I send a letter to the Ministry of Youth and Sports to fulfill the necessary measures to support and support Moamen Zakaria, especially since the player is not registered in the team’s list this season, which requires the permission of the administrative authority to complete the procedures for disbursing the financial contributions necessary to treat it.”
He continued: “Until the administrative authority agreed to disburse 600,000 pounds as an initial payment in treating the player, to confirm that Al-Ahly had not and will not abandon his children, and he will continue to support Moamen Zakaria until he exceeds this crisis.”
