3:06 p.m .: If you are passing through Thailand, know that the Thai authorities have set up mandatory thermal detections at airports for passengers from China
The airports concerned are Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket and Krabi.
In a statement, Thai Minister of Health Anutin Charnvirakul said the passengers were screened “without exception” and placed under quarantine observation for 24 hours if they showed signs of fever. Thailand alone hosts a quarter of international flights from Wuhan, China, the epicenter of the disease.
