PHUKET, Thailand – an Air India flight en route from Phuket International Airport to New Delhi was forced to make an emergency landing on friday, June 13th, after a bomb threat was reported. The aircraft, flight AI 379, safely returned to Phuket after a message containing the threat was found in one of the plane’s restrooms shortly after takeoff.This incident occurs less than 24 hours after a fatal Air India crash in Ahmedabad, raising concerns about the airline’s recent safety record.
