JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Wuling officially launched Wuling Air ev at GIIAS 2022. Wuling believes that the attractiveness of the price will make consumers tempted to try to bring it in mobil electricity to the garage.
Air ev is priced at IDR 238,000,000 for the Standard Range and IDR 295,000,000 for the Long Range. Both prices are on the road (OTR) Jakarta.

Dian Asmahani, Brand & Marketing Director of Wuling Motors, said that there were no less than 1,500 consumers who had pre-booked in the period 11 July-10 August 2022.
“It is surprising that many Indonesian consumers are interested and want to buy electric car. I want to contribute to using environmentally friendly cars,” said Dian who was met at GIIAS 2022, Friday (12/8/2022).

However, it is the opposite, Dian admits that his party has not set a sales target for Wuling Air ev.
Wuling Air EV at GIIAS 2022-
“We’ll see the target from the demand. This is new, we haven’t set a target for electric cars, so we’ll see later,” he said.
Dian said that his party would see how big the demand for Air ev was until the end of the year. As for there is no target, it doesn’t mean that it seems indifferent to sale the compact electric car.

“The target parameter is demand. We will see how the incoming SPK until the end of the year will be. Until the end of the year we will see what it will be like,” he said.

The Air ev was first introduced in June 2022. At that time, before the launch of this compact electric car, it was predicted that it would sell for between Rp. 250 million to Rp. 300 million.

Dian claims that the Air ev long range can cover a distance of 300 km and the standard range is 200 km under normal conditions and the battery is fully charged.
