Agreement signed with private clinics for care of covid-19

This Tuesday the mayor of Caracas, Erika Farías, signed an inter-institutional agreement with representatives of private clinics in the capital, with the aim of ensuring care for positive patients due to the spread of covid-19.

Alicia Lemus, representative of the Cristóbal Rojas Polyclinic, assured that the signature is a collaboration agreement between the parties for the care of patients by covid-19, whose health conditions are at critical levels.

“It is a collaboration agreement for beds and spaces available for patients with complications from the covid-19 and in order to expand the care capacity that exists in Caracas,” said Lemus.

Lemus confirmed the commitment of private clinics in the fight against the disease that is currently carried out throughout the city. “We are committed to supporting the fight that the Mayor of Caracas is carrying out to curb the contagion and attend to positive cases,” he said.

For her part, the mayor of the Bolivarian Libertador Municipality, Erika Farías, thanked the willingness of the private clinics to join the actions that the Mayor of Caracas is developing to contain the spread of the virus.
