The challenge to the qualification of heirs of the wife of one of the residents in the building, who died in July, continues to delay the outcome of that judicial process.

In a press release sent today to the VianaPolis explained that with the agreement, “recently signed, the fraction concerned is fully owned by VianaPolis and as such totally liberated “.

“With this agreement, approved by the competent court, the VianaPolis give up the action civil of compensation that he tried to present against these expropriated, keeping them for the other occupants of the Jardim Building “.

In January, a Vianapolis interposed a action of civil liability against the “occupants” of the building to be reimbursed for 845,197.80 euros for postponing the deconstruction of the building.
