On Tuesday morning, a tram driver on Sanderstrasse in Würzburg complained to a 36-year-old who was alcoholic and who entered the train without covering his mouth. The passenger, whose breath alcohol test showed a value of over 2.5 per mille, reacted aggressively to this and damaged a plastic covering in the tram. A scuffle ensued, with the 58-year-old driver being slightly injured on the hand. The police detained the inconsiderate 36-year-old. According to the police press report, he is now being investigated for bodily harm, property damage and a violation under the Infection Protection Act.
