Brainerd Planning Commission to Consider Major Progress Proposals, Short-Term Rental Permits
Brainerd, MN – November 15, 2025 - The Brainerd Planning Commission will convene today, November 16th, to address a packed agenda including a proposed 190-unit apartment complex, a potential animal clinic, and multiple short-term rental permit requests. The meeting’s outcomes will significantly impact future land use and housing availability within the city.
