MEPs ready to negotiate on the provisional derogation intended to combat child pornography

Interinstitutional negotiations on the provisional exemption from data protection rules for the purpose of combating child pornography could start very soon. The European Parliament’s Civil Liberties Committee (LIBE) has indeed given its authorization on Monday, December 7, to start discussions, an authorization which must now be validated in plenary.
