“Let’s continue to eat lamb, let’s continue to eat Roquefort!“This is the statement of the Minister of Agriculture this Friday on Franceinfo, following L21 association video4 which called into question the roquefort sector. Didier Guillaume assures that we must continue to eat these Aveyron products.
“Aveyron, Rodez, it’s the country of Roquefort, Roquefort is an excellent product that we must continue to eat“, according to the Minister of Agriculture. On the images of the said video, we see lambs killed in bad conditions. These images would have been shot in a slaughterhouse near Rodez, located in Sainte-Radegonde. Didier Guillaume repeats that there will be more checks in the establishments concerned.
