After the end of her career, Wozniacká climbed Kilimanjaro. Just in a bra

Former world number one and Australian Open winner Caroline Wozniacká will not be idle after the end of her active career. On Wednesday, she announced on social networks that she had climbed Kilimanjaro. At the same time, it climbed the highest mountain in Africa, which rises to a height of 5895 meters, only very sparsely dressed and without any climbing aids.

“We did it, we climbed the highest free-standing mountain in the world! This was definitely one of the hardest things I’ve ever done in my life. I’ll remember it my whole life,” said the former social tennis player.

However, Wozniacká did not climb to the top of Kilimanjaro in her pants and bra just because of an Instagram photo. The climb to the African highway was the culmination of Discovery’s TV show “Undressed to the Top with the Wozniacki Family”.

The intention of this show is to show how Wozniacká and her husband David Lee, a former NBA player, were able to adapt to the winter and lack of oxygen and climb Kilimanjaro with a minimum of clothing. All this accompanied by other members of the family of a former Danish tennis player.

Filming began several months after Wozniacka ended her career at this year’s Australian Open. Together with Lee, they first prepared for a daring performance at Kilimanjaro by hardening in Poland, then they tried diving in Zanzibar and also meditated with a Shaolin monk.

“We will meet three gurus,” ice man “Wimm Hoff, Shaolin master Shifu and free diving star Stig Stiversen,” Wozniacka said earlier. “They’ll teach us something, and we should use it and climb Kilimanjaro with a minimum of clothing.”

As can be seen, the consultation with these men was clearly worthwhile. Wozniacka actually stood on top of Kilimanjaro together with her husband and other family members (fully clothed).
