We also had some emergency family matters. But it was all on the fringes. “

Resumption of judicial activity
The lawyers therefore impatiently await the resumption of activity. Me Nicolas Sabatini underlines: “The court reopened since Monday, May 11. But all the hearings that have been canceled must be called again. All this will take several weeks. In any case, we’re not going to get double the fees. You should also know that for all legal aid cases, we are paid after the judgment. Payment is therefore necessarily deferred. And there are a certain number of files on the basin which are treated with legal aid. “
