LONDON – Arsenal continue to stretch his transfer in the summer of 2020. After extending the contract of the mainstay player, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Arsenal are now shifting all their focus to chasing down two targeted players.
The two players are Thomas Partey and Houssem Aouar. As reported by Sportsmole, Wednesday (16/9/2020), Arsenal are now completely focused on hunting for Partey and Aouar. A deal is expected to be completed soon for the midfield duo.
Arsenal itself can focus on recruiting Partey and Aouar because their business with Aubameyang has been completed. The striker from Gabon is certain to extend his contract at Arsenal.

Aubameyang signed a three-year contract with Arsenal. He also reportedly experienced a salary increase. Now, the former Borussia Dortmund player will receive a fee of 350 thousand pounds, or approximately Rp.6.6 billion per week.
Arsenal also hopes to complete all their plans by bringing Partey and Aouar to the Emirates Stadium. The names of these two players have indeed been mentioned as Arsenal’s main target.
However, Arsenal’s move to bring in the two names is now hampered by costs. The coach, Mikel Arteta, will likely need to sell a number of players before he can buy.
Atletico Madrid itself is known to be demanding a large dowry from a club interested in Partey. The posted price is estimated at more than 50 million pounds, or approximately Rp 958 billion.
Likewise with Aouar, Lyon is not expected to release the player at a low price. Lyon reportedly wants at least 40 million pounds, or approximately Rp766 billion to release Aouar.
Arsenal themselves have to move quickly because Aouar is now not only in demand by them. The name Manchester City is also known to be associated with Aouar.
