However, it turns out that this account is committing a crime. The ticket was obtained by purchase through the carding action. The account has sold promo tickets obtained by breaking into 500 Japanese credit cards.
Carding is an online shopping activity with transactions using someone else’s stolen credit cards. So, the perpetrators steal credit card numbers and expiration dates.
