ADO The Hague confirmed the arrival of George Thomas on Monday afternoon. The triple international of Wales is rented from Leicester City for the rest of the season.
After the arrival of Sam Stubbs, Thomas is the second winter reinforcement of ADO and he is happy with that himself. “I really want to show the fans what I have in house and thereby contribute to the team,” de Welshman explains club website.
Thomas did not make his debut yet for Leicester’s first team, but he already played three international matches. Last season, Thomas was rented out by Leicester to Scunthorpe United, for which he came to 37 league games on the fourth level of England.
The attacking midfielder, who can also play as an attacker, describes himself as a hardworking and creative player. “I always give everything for the team and I am often seen as a versatile player with whom the trainer can go in several directions,” says the brand new addition to ADO.
