YOGYAKARTA, iNews.id – Two DIY residents who had just returned from out of town were infected with the Corona virus. The addition of these two patients, made a positive case of Covid-19 in DIY as of 28 June 2020 as many as 306 cases.
“Today, there are two positive reports from the examination results and a total of 306 cases,” said DIY Regional Spokesperson for Handling Covid-19, Berty Murtiningsih, Sunday (6/28/2020).
These two cases, consisting of cases of 308 men (50) from the city of Yogyakarta with a history of travel from Jakarta and Medan. Another case of 308, male (41) from Gunungkidul with a history of travel from Sidoarjo. Although there are 308 recorded, in DIY there are only 306 cases. Two cases were withdrawn to Central Java because patients from outside Yogyakarta.
“Both travel history from out of town,” Berty said.
Today, the Covid-19 Task Force of the Yogyakarta Regional Administration, also reported reports of adding 3 cured patients to 260 cases. They are 248 male cases (34) from Yogyakarta City and 277 female cases (50) and 287 male cases (26) from Kulonprogo.
“In total there are 109 samples from 101 people examined,” he said.
While the patient under surveillance (PDP) who died was recorded adan one woman (52) from Sleman with a history of breast cancer. This patient had previously taken a swab test but the results have not yet come out. While there were 8 cases of Covid-19 who died.
