We don’t know lawyer Sascha Borowski personally only from a few pleasant conversations on the phone that we had with him over the past few days. Of course, we also made clear to him our criticism of his information qualification in matters of adcada GmbH insolvency.
A lawyer who takes his job seriously and publishes a specialist article on anwalt.de on the subject of adcada has to put up with specialist criticism if the article contains incorrect information.
As an investor, I would then not feel safe. We are also of the opinion that lawyer Sascha Borowski may not have the detailed knowledge of adcada GmbH in order to know where to start and then to be successful.
We do not know what to do with the decision of the bankruptcy administrator Dr. Tobias Schulze from the company ECOVIS in Bentwisch, we don’t want to speculate publicly about it yet, but we want to express our suspicions later if this should move in this direction.
Basically, there are many lawyers who are familiar with the specialist field of banking and capital markets law, but few who are really well versed in the subject of adcada, but from our point of view, exactly such a lawyer is needed today. Now it is up to the investors whether Sascha Borowski is given a mandate to represent her. If I were an investor, I would think about it.
