Goldflam’s hard life
Arnošt’s life story is more than sad. Few people know that the actor suffered from trauma from a young age. It started when his beloved mother died at an early age. After that, Arnošt struggled with depression. “I didn’t even graduate yet, and my mother died, to whom I was very attached,” he said in his 13. chamber. He loved his mother very much, who succumbed to cancer, and her passing affected him greatly.
He had to deal with mental conditions in a psychiatric hospital. “I wake up in the morning with feelings of futility, I’m afraid that I won’t be able to pull myself together that day. I feel completely helpless, constricted, as if I have some kind of belt around my stomach that is squeezing me and keeping me in tension and fear. So it turns out I need help. And then gradually, with the help of medication and visits to a psychiatrist, I got out of it.” said Goldflam for Blesk newspaper.
