You can find out how companies recognize signs of crises at an early stage, interpret them correctly – and take appropriate countermeasures at the digital event “Acting before the corporate crisis” organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Lüneburg-Wolfsburg (IHKLW) on Wednesday, December 9, 3 to 4:30 p.m. .
A management consultant and a lawyer present alternative forms of financing and the time limits for personal liability. In addition, the participants receive tips on which questions need to be clarified in advance of a restructuring plan.
