Omani fan Saqr Al Mazrouei, the school bus driver, had an unforgettable day at Zabeel Stadium, when the Al Wasl administration invited him to attend the team’s match against Dibba, as a sign of appreciation for his loyalty and love for the “Yellow Castle” 47 years ago.
The fan known as “Abu Zuhair”, after his eldest son was called Zuhair Bakhit, the former historical star of Al Wasl, received a warm welcome from fans who welcomed him and made him feel like a “star”, while Zuhair himself Bakhit received him on the field to honor him as a sign of appreciation for him.
Al-Mazrouei recently released a video in which he talks about his great love for Al-Wasl, to make his wish come true by inviting him and making him live a very special evening.
