Agents of the National Police have arrested a 27-year-old man in Valencia, as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of abuse and another of sexual assault on two minors. One of them apparently touched and groped her chest and the other, apparently, kissed, grabbed, forced her to masturbate, and even inserted her fingers into her private parts.
The investigations began in March when the police became aware that two minors had been victims of abuse and sexual assault by a young man in their neighborhood, the security forces said in a statement.
During investigations, the agents found out that one of the events had occurred in January when the victim was in a Valencia park with a friend, at which time a man she knew from the neighborhood and who had already tried that same morning to leave with him, He approached them and insisted again that she accompany him while saying that nothing would happen to him.
The two girls left the place and headed towards a roundabout, where the suspect approached them again and this time without saying a word, he apparently touched and groped one of them insistently, to then leave. .
In the course of the investigation, the police learned that in February there had been a sexual assault by a young man in the same area. On this occasion, the suspect, with the excuse of asking him for fire, struck up a conversation with the victim and ended up exchanging phone numbers.
He contacted her to meet in the afternoon in the same park, and once there, while they were talking, without saying a word, he allegedly pounced on her and began to kiss her, apparently forcing her to masturbate him, while she pushed tried to leave.
Supposedly, the man lunged at her again to touch her breasts and put his fingers into her private parts, until finally the victim managed to escape and go to a friend’s house.
As a result of the investigations, the agents found out the identity of the suspect and after being located at his Valencia home, he was arrested as the alleged perpetrator of the crimes of sexual abuse and assault. The detainee, with a police record, has been brought to justice, who has decreed his admission to prison.
