The journalist, Saleh Al Jasmi, decided, overnight, to sue Mary, as he considered the video to be pornographic, inconsistent with the customs and traditions in the Arab world, especially her presence in the Emirates, with the annoyance of the exchange of words, accusing her of insulting and slandering before the court.
On the other hand, the Moroccan artist took a stand against the media by suing him, so that the case would last for two years in the courts without a final ruling.
Last July, the Dubai Misdemeanor Court sentenced the actress Maryam Hussein, 3 months, and deported her from the United Arab Emirates, on charges of indecent assault with a rapper at New Year’s celebrations, but her lawyer, Khalifa Al-Machtoul, launched a tweet explaining that it was merely an appealable judgment.

Two days pass, and the journalist reveals a ruling to pay a fine of 100 thousand dirhams, or about 50 thousand dirhams for the media and similarly to Mrs. Wafa Al-Khaldi, the second party in the same case, which is insulting and slander, in addition to a mutual fine of 5 thousand dirhams, and obtained a temporary patent for the issue of filming the clip The leak, and the “body” has already appealed the ruling, and received a final decision to condemn her and keep her away from approaching the UAE lands.
The media came out announcing the final ruling, in the past hours, after two years of cases, saying via Twitter: I thank everyone who stood by my side and supported me, and thank you for the impartial UAE judiciary, and I hope the application from the prosecution and the men of investigation, the law is above everyone.
