The municipality is now working to get all the close contacts, Asker municipality states in a press release.
– The municipality is well prepared for this and has expected that infection could occur after school starts. We have initiated infection tracking to detect any infected and isolate them. The entire step of the infected person has been quarantined, says municipal chief physician Meera Grepp.
Landøya ungdomsskole will continue to be open until the week, Grepp states.
The students who are now quarantined will receive distance learning from home.
