A strong wind has been whipping the Czechia since Friday. Meteorologists have tightened the warning, in some districts of the Liberec region the threat will be greater than in the rest of the country.
From Friday 6 pm to Monday morning, Frýdland, Jablonec nad Nisou and Liberec are in high danger from very strong winds. “Damage to trees and forests, damage to property and some buildings are expected. Warnings against a lower degree of danger also apply until Monday for the east of the Central Bohemian Region, the west of the Liberec Region, the east of the South Bohemian Region, the Hradec Králové, Pardubice, South Moravian, Olomouc, Zlín and Moravian-Silesian Regions and the Vysočina Region.
