A strategic acquisition for CAE in the United States

CAE will acquire the AirCentre division of the Texan company Saber specializing in flight operations following the signing of an agreement announced Thursday.

AirCentre offers flight and crew optimization and management solutions that will help the Montreal company to better position itself in this segment.

According to what the two companies revealed, the deal reaches US $ 392.5 million and the transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2022.

AirCentre’s revenue reached US $ 150 million in 2019, before the COVID-19 pandemic.
